Lease parking is available.

Please print and complete the Erie Parking Authority’s lease parking application by Clicking Here. To park at Ramp D, it is mandatory to sign up for auto-debit payments taken directly from a checking account. Bring a check or photo of a check with you at sign up.  Completed applications must be brought to the Erie Parking Authority’s main office located at 25 East 10th Street.  The initial fee includes $10.00 access card fee and first months parking fee.
